🌊 511th Beach Cleanup Activity – 20th August 2023 🌊

On 20th August 2023, Vizag Volunteers successfully organized the 511th Beach Cleanup Activity, continuing our mission to protect Vizag’s coastline and promote environmental sustainability through active community participation.

The cleanup drive brought together dedicated volunteers who shared a common goal of preserving the natural beauty and cleanliness of our beaches. Volunteers enthusiastically collected plastic waste, bottles, food wrappers, fishing debris, and other litter scattered along the shoreline. Their efforts helped restore the beach environment and prevented waste from entering the sea, where it can cause significant harm to marine life and coastal ecosystems.

In addition to cleaning the beach, the activity focused on creating awareness about environmental conservation and responsible waste management.
