As per the Guinness World Record norms, all Vizag Volunteers are requested to assemble at AU Grounds on 20th June by 7:00 PM. Upon arrival, dinner will be provided to all volunteers. Following dinner, there will be a mandatory training session to ensure everyone is well-prepared for the event. After the training, volunteers will be guided to their respective compartments through special buses arranged by the government. All volunteers are requested to be punctual and follow the instructions provided by the coordinators to ensure smooth execution and contribute to making this record-setting event a grand success.
